Non-Pressure Roof Cleaning for Southampton, Portsmouth, and Bournemouth
Moss on a roof not only looks unsightly but it can cause problems such as gutters and downpipes becoming blocked moreover the additional weight of wet moss causes stresses on the roof tiles. In Winter the freeze and thaw process can cause tiles to break.
The organisms on a roof are there because of the warm, moist environment a roof creates, especially on the north and west sides of a roof. Micro-organisms populate in an abundance growing so well that they begin to be noticeable to the human eye.
Not only are these causing the appearance of your roof to deteriorate, but it can cause the premature degradation of your roof and could cost you thousands in repairs.

BioWash™ Non-Pressure Roof Cleaning for Southampton, Portsmouth, and Bournemouth
Simply put, the cleaning process will be performed or applied without the use of a pressure or power washer, nothing more or nothing less.
To give you an idea of what our BioWash™ method consists of, first we pre-treat your entire roof with our unique BioWash™ Pre-treatment which is left on for a minimum of 5 days. This kills all the mould and algae & lichens and breaks down contaminates such as dirt, pollen, dust, spider webs, and virtually everything else that isn’t supposed to be there. We then start with the BioWash™ cleaning process and apply the BioWash™ surface cleaner and wait a short while to allow this to work. We then carry out a gentle rinse to flush all the loose contaminates off your roof and repeat this process 2 or 3 times. Not only will your roof look clean, it will really be clean! Our surface cleaner gets into the nook and crannies, it kills the mould and algae on the microscopic level and removes spores that cannot be seen.
After the cleaning process, the BioWash™ surface protector is applied, this keeps working and your roof will continue to improve over the next few months moreover it prevents re-growth for 2 years.
